Step 1
Requirement Discussion
Customers provide design requirements, drawings, or samples for customization.
Step 2
Design & Solution
CALIFE’s engineers create designs and 3D renderings based on the functional parameters and requirements specified in the client’s project form, submitting them to the client for confirmation.
Step 3
Product quotation
After the client confirms the renderings、internal structure, and functional requirements, we provide a detailed and accurate quotation.
Step 4
Sample production
Our Engineers design the product circuitry and debug the software; the team procures all the and completes assembly;Following strict testing and verification by our quality control department, samples will be delivered to the client within 15 days.
Step 5
Sample confirmation
Upon receiving the sample, the customers will tests to verify all functions of the sample, along with the manual and accessories. The client then provides official testing feedback.
Step 6
Tooling and mold making
Once the product design is confirmed, we will proceed with mold production and trial runs, continuing until the injection molding process meets all technical specifications.
Step 7
Trial production and certification
During the small-batch trial run, our engineering team identifies and resolves any issues. We then submit the final product to accredited third-party labs to secure all required certifications, including CE, UL, and PSE.
Step 8
Mass production
We conduct mass production strictly in accordance with the client’s order schedule and provide timely production progress updates.The typical lead time for bulk orders is within 30 days.
Step 9
Product Inspection and Delivery
After production, we perform 100% inspection on products’ appearance and functions, followed by two rounds of aging tests. Once all the aforementioned procedures are finished, the products are packed and moved into storage. Once we receive the client’s shipping instructions, we arrange delivery to the designated freight forwarder.
